Yahoo! Answers: why am i unable to get the key to the city achievement on gta 4

Thank author of this post/commenti have followed many walkthroughs and have acomplished all that its said... and its left me with 96.67%... i have used cheats but that shouldn't effect anything because i have got every single normal gta 4 offline achievement while still using cheats.... help?

To reach the city achievement on gta 4 Xbox 360 is quite hard. Where are you heading now? Are you over with the prior activities? You could probably check other cheat codes. As you know there are a lot of them. You could personally ask from your colleagues who made it there. I would like to suggest one site where you can check some hints. I hope you'll reach the final mission.
