| Yahoo! Answers: PLEASE HELP ME!! XBOX 360 RESET!!? Now that your here i NEED your help. I had 7135 gamerscore and tons of stuff on games, but then it reset!!! My avatar, gamer picture, gamerscore, all my armor on halo 3 and cars on forza motorsport 3.....EVERYTHING!! I really want my armor and stuff back. All my avatar rewards are gone too. It wont even let me save a gamer picture or avatar either. It says something weird. All my friends can still see my gamerscore and everything, just i cant!! When im OFFLINE though everything is back, except my armor on Halo 3, that is still gone. When im ONLINE everything is gone. PLEASE HELP!! |
| Yup, I think it's best to call Xbox before you do anything that will cause further damage to your own unit. You can also do further research through good old Mr. Google to check if other Xbox owners have experienced the same. Don't rely too much on Yahoo Answers because not everyone on the internet can see your questions there. It's best to research using Google to learn about sites that can lead you to the answer to your question. |
| I have encountered the same issue with my Xbox 360. Well it was quite annoying for me that time because I can’t see my own record. I tried to call Xbox customer support but they didn't make it. So I just personally went to the store where I purchased my device and the technical helped me in fixing it. He reset everything. No choice. Everything seems working well now. |
